Cookies
The Onlineshop uses sessionscookies to ensure a secure and comfortable visit. No third party cookies are installed. The sessionscookies are also used to collect data from customers behavior (pagevisits, date, visited articles) when visiting the shop. The purpose is to analyse behavior and improve the shop.
Customer Account
When creating a customer account, the following data will be recorded: Name, Email, Address, sex, birthday and phone number.
These informations are needed to prepare a purchase. The phone number is an additional contact option and is optional.
Furthermore your previous purchases are recorded to give you a survey on the bought articles.
Analysis of visitors data
In the onlineshop, data from visitors is also recorded to give an oversight of the usage of the shop. This helps me optimize the shop. Recorded are: number of visits, empty baskets, visited articles, registred visitors and shown articles.
Newsletters
When you register for the Paraplüsch-Newsletter, the following data is recorded: language, email, date and IP of registration. You receive an Email to opt in (double opt in).
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter here. Your email will be blacklisted for the system, so it can not send you further emails. This means your email and your history of interactions with the newslettersystem (subscription etc.) is still recorded. In case you want to be removed completely, please write me an Email at kittsteiner@parapluesch.de.
There is a newslettertracking, which means it is recorded when, where and with which System the email is opened.
This basic tracking shows me how many, where and which emails are opened. This helps me to improove the newslettersystem.
